Time for me
I almost didn't post today because I didn't have time. Just like yesterday. There is always something to do for someone else. I feel pulled in different directions and neglect to get my stuff done. I have to make time for myself if I expect to improve my health.
On a high note, I lost another pound and followed the plan to a T all day.
I set a goal of 10 pounds for phase 1 but haven't decided on a reward. A blender for fruit smoothies, some tank tops, or ?

I've never blogged but thought I would try.. if you decide on a blender I recommend the stick blender for smoothies. The come with their own cup and other useful tools for chopping.. I made spelt breadcrumbs for a chicken dish in the chopper part. You can put food in frozen and it force it to blend.. in a smoothy the frozen strawberries bounce around.. less to clean and I use mine for making a shrimp and tofu soup with red peppers..
I started out a little heavier than you in May and I'm not 186.. and I too bought a sleeveless top that I love..
The one thing I did do was to got a tanning salon.. I realize some people might not agree but a tan makes you feel and look better and now I no longer have a "farmers tan" so wearing sleeveless feels good and looks good.
